So far have is seen him portraying himself as a leader of certain political party, and never ever i have seen him working in public interest..

anyway, can anyone tell me about him, what presence does he have in NWFP assembly, and in national assembly, what is his achievements for Pakistan?

Dont know too much about his influence in the province..............what I do know is that he is the biggest Munafiq I have ever known.............so are those around him in his party.....I think because of Mush's insecurities Mulla Fazlu got too much attention and that has given him the illusion that he is important.

In 2002 Elections , they all played Politics over Religion means they used Afghan Attack as an opportunity to gain votes , exploit NWFP people religious views and got 70 seats in NWFP assembly and about 60 in National Assembly and about 26 in Senate.

But this government specially GUI-F did such huge corruption , mismanagement etc they quickly lost all respect . In 2008 , Qazi Sahab refused to join them once more , 6 part alliance was no more , media was so powerful to expose thier dirty faces behind beards , plots , army land scandals , supporting Musharraf all the time specially on 17th amendment , playing over Women Protection Bill , noot resigning , Hasba Bill drama which SC have already strike down , not esigning from assemblies for electing Musharraf for president in 2007 , not braeking NWFP assembly etc etc

As a result they got 7 seats in National Assembly and 10 seats in NWFP in 2008 :rose:

from the few responses it look likes he is not much popular on GS, let see what others have to say..

anyway... i have seen certain relevancy in fazlu group and in one ethnic party of Pakistan.... do he have any armed group or any kind of influence on the armed group called themselves taliban in the northern part of Pakistan...

No , Maula Samee-ul-Haq of Akhora Khattak have some influence as some Taliban Leaders have studied there at Madrassa Haqania Akhora Khattak and they respect him not Fazlu Diesel

^^ Means he of no use while dealing with Taliban..

but knowing his nature.. do he think he have to do something with some of the so called TALIBAM FIGHTERS e.g. mangal bagh etc.. is it a possibilty he can create those elements to blackmail the govts

His part fully allowed the Talibans of Swat to gather , construct and collecting chanda and arms in thier period so that religious elements would not turn against him.Thats why Talibans attack ANP but not his party only once his party was attacked in Quetta recently.

Such cunning and shrewed personality , nobody can exactlyy predict about him

I have seen on tv, i have seen his party member speaking on tv, all of them share two things, they all dress up to pose a religious man/leader and they all have lust for power... ( may be my assessment is wrong as it only depended on my observation and their stances which they took in the shows)

This maulana from hell , used to stay at my uncle's haveli along with a few other party memebers in lahore during his trips to the city ... Once I was at my uncles place and suddenly uncle told us women to not come out of the internal part of the house!

Soon i found out that the great Maulana was visiting the haweli and would be staying overnight ...

and they were 6 men and we made over 40 rotis for them, lots and lots of kabab's and kofta's ... and lots of food .. and eventually next day when they left , the toilets were in worst condition then the public toilets .. it was a despicable scene !

Everytime i see him on TV ... I remember their stay at the haveli !!!

Fazlur Rehman would not have been in the National Assembly if it wasn't for the former NWFP Chief minister giving up his own seat in Bannu.

His party is the largest opposition party in the NWFP assembly and is sharing power with PPP in the centre and Balochistan..he earned the title Maulana diesal from his alleged selling of diesal permits while he was with the PPP from 1993-1996

This maulana has no self respect and accepted bribes from Musharraf in the form of plots in order to provide him cover for his illegal acts against the constitution.

^:hehe: This one is different. You’re confusing him with Fazlullah, the one in Swat who has been leading a group of “Taliban”.

Why would US want to hit politician like him ????? He was, at one time, a contender for PM of Pakistan. And he does not emit any "radio signals" .... perhaps you are getting your "maulanas" mixed up. This is Maulana "diesel"

The maulana with "radio signal" is Maulana Fazlullah ... he is the "Radio Mullah" .... again this guy has not done anything to US troops. In any case government of Pakistan has come to an understanding with his group in Swat.
