Why didn’t pak army get him when he took over swat in 2007, hoisted his black flag like a pirate and started killing people at “khooni chowk”?

Swat is not part of FATA it is PATA,
Fazallullah managed to scape and was hosted by Afghan Intelligence, and since then he is taking part in Anti Pakistan activities. Prior to this, he was in politics and was part of PPP but his lust of power soon drove him away from the political process and made him what he is today.
He is son of law of Sufi Mohd, a person who have raised arms against Pakistan twice or thrice.

How Sufi Muhammad is walking free I don't understand. He has committed treason and should be hung as should his son in law who is now responsible for way too many deaths.

I agree , lets stop giving these guys the benefit of these self declared titles, maulana, maulvi, sufi and start using words that depict who they are qatil, khooni, takhreebkaar, darinday, jhootay.....

^^ What you said and one more thing need to be done, a total ban on Hate Speech against anyone living or dead should be a crime and person found doing that once should be banned for good to speak or write or publish anything.
This fazallullah and his father in law and money more are product of Hate Speech and use the same to promote themselves.
