Very limited explanation. Specially the first sentence.

Somehow the writer is trying to weigh in emotions (negative emotions) in to definition of being mature or not.

Acting on emotions is also being mature. But why even bother to include emotionally driven acts to differentiate maturity or immaturity?

Lol, first sentence’s limitation required the next 2 or 3.

What else, other than emotions, do you think should constitute the definition?
