I want to buy a ‘Matte top coat nail liquid’ online from a Facebook page coz it’s not available in my city unfortunately 
and the girl who owns that Facebook page is selling it quite expensive, almost 700Rs without postage that’s 250 for KPK. I just want to ask if it’s available in any big cosmetic store in Pindi or Isloo…? anyone who bought it..? And what is the actual price of it..?
Since I’ll be visiting some relatives soon there, so if it’s not very expensive in a shop Why spend more, buying online.
