Lol some people here are so childish. If you don't like her or what she's doing then don't watch. But ofcourse you have to watch her right. It's like that Mullah who was ranting on Veena Malik. He hates the show and Veena Malik yet he watched all the episodes and probably recorded them too.
Honestly don't like it then don't watch although majority of the people that hate Mathira's clothes are perfectly okay to watch half naked bollywood actresses dancing.
Can you explain what you find childish? Every human being has certain moral values. Some have more than others. I can assure you that this kind of vulgarity on TV would offend even the decent westerners if they saw it, so why bring the Mullahs into it? I'm no fan of screaming maulvis on TV myself but it does not take a Mullah to judge what is decent and what is vulgar. And quite frankly I'm fed up with these " change the channel or why you watch it " brigade. If that is the solution, then why don't we all start doing every immoral thing possible and everyone else who objects (including children) can just lower their gaze or turn the other way. We are Human beings and not animals. Thats why we need moral values and certain limits to which we conduct ourselves. Immorality should not be confused with freedom of speech or liberalism.
Nobody can deny that vulgarity on Pakistani channels is increasing. I cant imagine this kind of stuff on a pakistani channel even 10 or 15 years ago. I think our younger generation in Pakistan has this concept that if a woman dresses in western clothes and speaks english that they must be 'educated and intelligent' and that it would be wrong to criticize her. Miss Freudian is right, even decent western people would be shocked by what is shown on Pakistani tv today.
