yup match has been called off. pak in final. who they play will be determined in two days.
becharay indians, itni der bowling/fielding kee, aakhir mai match drawn without batting ![]()
kher, izzat reh gayee Indians kee ![]()
This match had so much potential... too bad it rained out. Thats why I had been saying all along that the next day, which is a rest day, should have been a reserve day for matches like these to be completed.
As it stands, only pak has made it to the finals for sure. If aus wins, then its pak vs aus in the final. If aus loses in a close match, they will still make it to the final as they would have gained the bonus point. Only if australia loses badly, the chances of which are very slim, then they won't get any points and even then there would be a chance whether its aus or ind in the finals.
^ Can we have a similar ICC tropy ? :D

You could, the weather in UK all summer has been atrocious.
I want my money back. We played 100 dollars for this? Is their anyway to get our money back from the Jewish run Dishnetwork?
What a rip off.
Sala Australia bach gaya !!!!!
Damn rain ;)
waisay i really think india and aus should play again ... because even if australia wins against us then still it would be unfair to the indians as they didnt even this game.. who knows they would have beat australia... you never know

wah bai wah..aap ko to rameez raja ki jaga leni chahiye. why dont u apply in ICC for comentatoress? :p
They should seriously think about changing cricket rules for rain affected matches. The rules are simply absurd.
I agree that India and Australia should play again(even though i hope Australia kills India in the next match) and the rules for rain have to be changed. This is stupid. People pay good money to watch a match not a match that ends in "no results" or a match that is modified by some 3rd umpire fool sitting with his calculator and docking overs. They have made cricket a big business people pay good money(for us in the USofA we screwed by Dishnetwork) to watch but what is provided is sometimes trash.
As for the "no result", people in Amrika will remember that the All-star Baseball game last year ended in a no result and the public was straight up furious. People were calling in espn and radio's ready to hang the people in charge of baseball. That was a game that had no influence on any standings while this Aus vs India game probably had 2-3 times as many viewers as the baseball game.
Yaar look at the bright part. India bach gaya ik aur defeat se, final mein Pak ke haathon.
Pak leading 4-3 against India in this year’s ODIs. With no cup/series under their belt
I think the Indian tour was enough for our humiliation till Pak tours India next year.
Khair, the good thing is that Pakistan is picking up quickly, players have positive attitude now. They want to play as team and win the matches. Which had been a problem in last two years. On the other hand, India has got rid of Srinath etc and has very promising bowling line up with Pathan, Balaji and Singh :k: Don’t need to mention their batting, which is world class without a doubt. So in future there will be interesting matches between India and Pakistan as both teams are almost on the same level (as Pakistani youngsters get more experienced).
