It depends... here are a few questions for you before anyone can answer your question:
What's your work experience to date? what programs are you targetting? what's your aptitude? what kind of a career path are you working toward / what type of organization do you want to work for?

well i have been working in an organization as HR assistant for the last 2 years...but i think getting job in HR would be difficult for me when i go to canada as it requires more communication skills..so i want to switch my field to finance..but will that be fine

Why do you need to do your masters? The only reason I'm saying this is because, you may have some trouble transferring your credits from Pak to Canada. And doing another Masters of Fin/Eco in Pakistan may not be advantageous to you in terms of being competitive in the Job industry here in Ontario. Either you apply for Masters at a Canadian University or go for an accounting or finance designation in Canada. Because of the recession almost all of the job fields in Canada are at a low in terms of hiring. BUT, the finance/accounting industry is still going well comparatively to the others.
You can come here and write your CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), I've heard its difficult, but not impossible. Plus, it'll be a shorter route for you! Let us know how it goes and good luck! :)
