If you've done english literature already, why do you wanna do a masters in language? why not the masters in literature? Though I think both positions would ultimately lead to teaching.

it all depends what kinda job you are aiming for after graduation and what kinda demand is there for your kinda job in your country or the country you wanna immigrate to.

above all, it depends what your interests are and what you can perform in better. you assess and evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses.

What are you planning to do after your masters? If you are in Pakistan and want to pursue lecturer-ship then English literature is a better option. If you want to work in corporate sector, then English Language. Though you can teach if you have a masters in english language but the options will be quite limited.

She can teach bachelors with a Masters degree.

Go for English language especially if you want to teach whether it's at schools or colleges. I guess you are in Pakistan.

English Literature.

It's a more recognised degree and lot more intensive. Plus the knowledge and pleasure you gain from it, is priceless.

But be aware, you have are expected to do some serious extensive readings on daily basis.
