say bye bye to your intestinal flora. and with them, say bye bye to your immunity. this is as foolish a diet as it can get.. just the ensuing diarrhea will give you a few pounds of “weight loss”..

I’ve been tempted to do this diet just for the immediate results but haven’t because of the diarrhea. I’d have to take 10 days plus off of work for short term gratification since as every one knows - the weight loss is not sustainable.
