Its something about being the leader of the world's only reasonably functioning muslim country that has the world's 7th largest army and a nuclear arsenal to boot. Everyone who takes that leadership position has met temptation and allowed it to take over.
We've done that before, and will do it again. Such an important position goes a properly democratically elected leader who has a clean track record and keeps his promises.

Maybe you are drawing an unfair conclusion, its certainly more in the limelight than it was in Musharraf's time, and plus this new movement just kicked off recently and it wont rest until the judiciary is restored.
