You mean in 80s and 90s Shia outfits were killing masses indiscriminately in markets, mosques, religious gatherings, etc?

It is news for me, because I never heard that Shia outfits ever killed innocent citizen of Pakistan in masses indiscriminately (as what Kharjees do). Actually, what I know, it is only Kharjees who are killing Shias and Sunnis masses throughout Pakistan indiscriminately, and they are doing that since 80s … and also claim their killings as proud act and jihad-ul-Shaitan … that to whole Muslim word is known as Fisad.

This is not the topic of this thread, but in 80’s (in Punjab) there used to be attacks on the mosques of Shias and Sunnis so much so that it became very dangerous to even go pray in the mosques. What we are seeing nowadays is a very dangerous trend.
