Ali_Syed, mistake to label this as a sectarian battle. It is terrorism.
Can you dig a single event from archives of 80’s and 90’s to prove a Shia attack on general population, i.e. act of terrorism?

At the moment its not sectarianism, its a one way terrorism against Shias.
