Not true ... India was the one who took the issue to UN .... if you care to read the UN resolutions you will see nowhere has anyone blamed India for delay in plebiscite !!!!!
Even now .... the UN is very clear when it says it is upto India and Paksitan to settle the issue, but is anyone in Pakistan interested .... they want to have an issue for the sake of an issue !!!!

Ofcourse pakistan has a issue with India occupying Kashmir...India has done nothing but exploit Kashmiri ppl, murder and rape them...Only India doesnt have a issue with this...
