Being a muslim we are attached to self actualization even when we are poor. And when we posses least.
Islam is way more then what we think it is.

the theory has its advantages n disadvantages.....
theory is true to some extenxt...n untrue to some extent...

yeah.. as said by Sara.. it is very true but to some extent thus advantageous.. and vice versa..

but what to discuss?? is there any specific area which is supposed to be discussed or just an over view observation?

An important and good thread, k khan.
There are many different kinds of theories regarding motivation.
Each person’s motives can have different circumstances in which the motives have to guide the drive and the actual behavior of the person so that s/he is able to obtain what they want, understand what impediments hinder them, including just how a person remains consistently motivated to finally achieve his/her motives.
