The reconstituted mashed potato taste like cardboard… nothing can replicate the fresh version ![]()
I like adding roasted garlic to mash - Simply get some garlic cloves (with skin on) drizzle with olive oil and put in oven and bake till soft. Take the skin off and you’ll notice they will be all mushy and like a purée… and they taste very sweet. Just add to the potatoes when you’re mashing, et voilá ![]()
