Masalas for different dishes

Salam all,
I usually keep shab e hijr’s biryani masala (dry) in a bottle and add it to my biryani.
My sister makes nihari masala so have that too. Are there any other masalas you guys mix and keep at home. Please share
These could be desi or non desi.

Shaan Chicken Handi Masala ...........It's a no fail masala for gravy dishes and for chicken handi it's the best.

Could u post the recipe for nihari masala?

Interesting to know people have their own version of dry masala for these elaborate dishes. If I have to use some dry one it would be from a National packet masala for that thing.

Following is the masala for 1/2 kgs meat. We normally increase the quantity by a multiplier when we are mixing to store.

Salt (1 tsp)
Chilli Powder (1 tsp)
Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)
All spice powder - Garam Masala (1 tsp)
Coriander powder (1 tsp)
Fennel powder (2 tsp)

It is. BTW, we do add 1 table spoon of Nihari Masala (shan or National or any other) whenever we cook nihari to bring that extra “baazari” maza
