you know you get french fries in pakistan .. where they chirak a few spices on the fries and they become so tasty …
any one knows how to make those?

Isn’t is just regular fries with some chaat masala sprinkled on immediately after taking them out of the fryer?
Recently at work, we went to a desi place for lunch (which we go to every few weeks it seems). Anyway, I didn’t want any of the regular stuff with naan or rice, so I ordered some seekh kabab with chips. So the guy taking our order was like ‘normal or asian style?’. I was like ‘ooh, what’s asian style?’ ‘you know, spicy chips’ ‘yes please!’. So when my order arrives, it’s just regular chips and I’m all 
and the guy is like ‘i was joking, there’s no such thing as asian style’. Oh yes there is! Hmph!

mere Khayaal se they use kala namak, dry dhania and podeena leaves, salt, powdered black pepper [not the grounded one], powdered aam-choor etc :)

we used to get those in our college cafeteria.French fries right out of the fryer with lots of chaat masala sprinkled on them and the funky red sauce thing which they claimed was ketchup...but was nothing close to it actually..

.. cant believe he did that to you … you should have asked for some chat masala , sprinkled it on the fries , called back the guy and told him , “now you have proper asian fries , you freak”
Back to the spices they use on Fries in Pakistan … I am more then certain its not just chat masala … coz they have a few bottles lined up on the thela and chirak at least 4-5 things on the fries

The masala your sprinkle would have red chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, chat masala, dry pudina, stuff like that.

CB, yes, everything is powdered.
For curly fries:
3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground coriander seeds

my mother in law makes a paste from certain masalas (not sure which!) and then after dipping the chips in it, fries them and they are delicious! oh man.
Is that what you mean Chicken Biryani?
