Maryam Nawaz is the focal person & leading the ambitious Prime Minister Education Reforms Program for revamping all 487 Public Sector Schools/Colleges of Islamabad & introducing Montessories for little kids . After 18th Amendment Education is provincial domain & Federal Govt. education domain is restricted to Islamabad only.
After White House visit, will Maryam Nawaz going to play a major role in elections 2018 for education minister or even higher portfolio. Let’s wait & see !
My heart bleeds when i see PM of Pakistan visiting a remodeling one school in two and half years of reign. He can do more then it, if priorities were right. How much it cost 50 million a school now divide 200 billion of orange train.
remind me of a joke, maryam nawaz was offering metro bus toy to hungry child. yeh lo beta metro khao !
Things are going in parallel … may be slowly but in the right direction … $46 bn CPEC with 10,800 MW power plants are in execution mode, LNG Deal with Qatar, Russian energy giant GAZPROM also offered LNG supply, Australian Gorgon & Wheatstone LNG projects also offered their LNG package.Once energy gap will be filled by Dec 2017, we can expect LSM,OnG,Petrochem,FMCG, Textiles & other sectors with significant growth.
I am in Karachi these days, needs 1hr 30 min to reach work place just 20 km away. Lahore will be urban decay just like KHI without mass transits in next 10 to 15 years.
When Bilawal can become the 'leader' of 90 year old Qaim Ali Shah, then whats stopping Maryam from become desertbird's leader? The only opposition she faces is from Hamza, who seems to be getting sidelined by his taya's loyalists.
Once upon a time, Shahbaz Sharif also created smething called danish schools. Whatever became of those?
Maryam Nawaz's antics seem to be more like old wine in a new bottle.

mil baaNT ke khaao, maujeN manaao! :)
Bilawal will inherit Sindh for the next 99-year lease on power. :)
yeh sab ke sab Pakistan par 'joNK' [leech] kii taraH chimTe huye haiN aur Khoon choos rahe haiN...in par namak Daalo tabhii yeh pighleNge.
"Democracy" in Pakistan has become feudal family politics, and the end result is always the same. A regime like Assad. Eventually people get sick of it, and protest, and the family shoots everyone up like from a scene of Gangs of New York, and then next thing you know there is a big bloody civil war.
This is the only reason I am thankful of the army. They keep these families in check. Every few years there is a coup and one of these turds gets thrown out. Best part is no one in these families controls the nukes and no one controls the military or ISI. Otherwise, Pakistan would be worse than Syria.
The whole of Muslim world has become a joke in people's eyes - a despicable laughing stock because of this dynastic BS system.
This shameless PM of Punjab who still hasn't visited the Charsadda University goes to see a done up montessori in a posh F8 sector of Islamabad to promote his daughter, and patwaris want us to believe that there's an education revolution is taking place in Pakistan under the nose of Baji Maryam.
The dress she’s wearing in that picture is awful! She will not get my vote at all. 7
@desert bird, tell your Baji Maryam to hook up with me next time she’s in the UK. Girlfriend needs a makeover, and I have a reputation for having an excellent taste.
This reminds me how suddenly the world decided to take notice of Canada's politics after they elected Trudeu...of all the countries, Canada became a little talk of the town, LOL.
But yes, she's definitely a pretty woman. But she's no Benezir, definitely needs to stay away from politics. It's better for the country - dynastic rule has become an Achilles heel for the for the Muslim world.
