Its common, but its meaning and pronunciation is different from Punjabi. Heer is Punjabi means heera (diamond), while Heer in Sindhi pronounced as Heer’a meaning refreshing and soothing air ( Bad e Naseem in Urdu).
Traditionally, as per folklore, NA 237 belongs to Sassi, as Bhanbhor is not far from Thatta
