Re: marvel comics geeks- report
Lol, I'll have to agree with you there. It wasn't actually too bad given it's time.
Thanks for the video!

Re: marvel comics geeks- report
Marvel characters never die..you have to a mature comic book company like DC to actually kill characters :p

Re: marvel comics geeks- report
^^ Sorry guys but what is this that you are talking about the Superman/Cap'n America death etc.? Anyway, I'm really looking forward to Spider-Man 3, watched the first two movies and loved them. Umm... the trailers for Ghost Rider look pretty cool but I'm afraid that it's gonna be like Batman & Robin, a thoughtless story that takes away the glamor of the special effects. Dunno how the Incredible Hulk (Hulk 2) will turn out to be. I saw the first movie 2 or 3 years ago and I definitely wasn't impressed. The Hulk looked like something out of a PS2 game!
And coming over to DC, I do have a DVD of Superman Returns (I think it's a bootleg since I got it rather prematurely from Pakistan); the quality isn't very good and sometimes part of the screen cuts off so I got too impatient to see all of it; but some of the scenes that I saw were good, especially the one where he saves the airplane. And by the way, that was the only Superman movie I have seen so far (I have seen the animated series other than that). Same with X-Men III, although the opening sequence was a bit intense (the camera zooms in on the child's torn back).
Jeez man, I wish my crappy DVD player worked. It's a VHS+TV+DVD built-in combo, someone said that they usually tire out pretty quick. Oh and did I mention that when it comes to comic book adaptations (as well as most movies adapted from books) I usually go directly to the movies.
