For example a girl who’s words come out slow and a bit hard to understand? or a guy who’s voice is a bit nasaly with a lisp.

Probably not in an arranged situation, that is just my personal preference.. A lot of the other things that ppl look for like height or skintone aren't important to me tho..
Everyone has their own preference and priorities when it comes to marriage..

2-bit hard to understand ?? Dude women are always hard to understand...even if they write down what they want to say.. look around.. look at life1 :D
