Re: Marrying A Younger guy
Marriages where couples are the same age or where the husband is older can fail as well. I know some people are against a couple being the same age even. But I know couples were the guy is younger and the marriage is fine. If the couple is happy and feel that they're compatible with each other, it shouldn't matter. Plus Islam does not prohibit marrying younger guys.
Just a side note: Women who go for younger guys are called cougars. And tinsel town (hollywood) celebrates cougardom.
