Depends on the age of both people and the age gap. My dad is technically 1 year younger than my mom and I never got the impression that it was an issue for them. They were both around when they got married.
I think if BOTH people are a bit older (late 20’s and above), then there’s nothing wrong with a few years in gap as long as the guy has finished his education and has the ability to support a wife/kids.
