Don’t know about the guy you are seeing, but I met Imran Abbas this April in PC Karachi, where he was bingeing on free buffet snacks in the executive lounge all the time, never saw him in any of the la cart restaurants there!. His general demeanor was quite arrogant and disrespectful towards the lower staff, but then I guess this is more of a cultural issue of Pakistani high class.
