Are you trying to say that Quran and sunnah acknowledge a marriage between a Muslim woman and a non Muslim man ?
I'm saying I don't know for sure. But I don't think it's so clear as to justify disowning your sister while your brother is doing pretty much the same thing and welcoming him.
