although, when men have nothing substantial to believe in, they blame it on their primitive order, which for them is obviously sex....apparently they think the superior power programmed them to follow sex or anything that remotely exudes sex, thus making them what they are. How very convenient. Where there are basic instincts there is control; babies respond to basic needs, so do animals. But what makes adults different is respect, sharam, conscience, guilt, or would you rather be classified as animals (literally) just because you prefer to think you were "programmed" a certain way?

Oh phaleez guys look/oggle at girls no matter wat she is wearning.(desi guys do it more though). Yes may be not in case of a shuttle cocke burqa because you can’t say its a man or woman underneath it. Ask any girl from Pakistant that how many stares she gets when she goes out wearning proper qameez shalwar and you will know. In pakistan girls learn to ignore these stares but women visiting Pakistan from other countries definately get very uncomfortable under all those staring eyes.
