Dude i think you need some distraction and some thing new to think about. May be once you’ll have children these memories will fade away. But I don’t understand that if you had all those precious memories of a person you loved, than why you wana run away from them? They are not causing any trouble for your marriage, are they?
But off course time is a big healer. Sooner or later they will be gone or at least intensity will be less.
Btw praying should help. Do try that.
