- Getting him to fully, 100% hold up his resonsibilities and be independant rather than depending on me/his family members
- Understanding each other.. We both had issues in the first year or so
- **Both **of us not getting worked up over the little things/arguments
- There’s always someone interferring and making issues out of absolutely nothing/irrelevant things. The trick is to pock your battles and ignore the bull$h!t..
- It’s hard work (I knew this already but there are some things you need to hear more than once)
- Once you have children, you’re marriage will never be the same again (not in a negative way)
AH, I have such an amazing husband and I am so lucky.. Allah tallah has blessed me with the other half of myself. I pray all my sisters are blessed with loving, caring considerate husbands.. aameen.
