If she is perfect, why do you want to say no? If you are confused, perhaps you can ask for some time, look around and then if you realise that she is good enough, you can say yes. In khandan, rishtas usually linger on for long because of many factors. You can ask your mom to ask for some time from the parents of the cousin but don’t stop them from proceeding if any other good rishta comes for the cousin. Perhaps you can make some excuse for the time being (busy in studies, job etc.). Take your time. After you will get to know some other girls, you might find your cousin better and if she is available till then, you can proceed. There is a chance to lose this proposal also but thats the best you can do I think.
