Is there anyway you can get a person deported from the UK after they have received indefinite leave to remain and also has a child in this country?
yup
If the person is Pakistani Muslim male then call the authorities and tell that I suspect that he is involved in terrorist activities
Marriage fraud
Hmmm...
That's a bit harsh, no?

stop misleading ![]()
zimzimma, no, I dont think. After he has got ILR, you can’t do that… and blaming is not really easy here…
Re: Marriage fraud
if you ha a "Snitch Line" ... call that number to report him. :)
Re: Marriage fraud
Do you haveany proof of his fraud? Im assuming the person in question already knows the ramifications and doesnt want the person associated with the child as well right?
Marriage fraud
No proof. And the person doesn't want him associated to the child
Re: Marriage fraud
Looks like usual ex wife revenge scheme. You don't have any proof of his fraud and it looks like YOU don't want him to have any association with the child. If it's even true that he doesn't want to be associated with the child he may change his mind when authorities come to deport his a**. So I guess stop behind such a mean person and think this issue through. What was the fraud exactly anyway? I guess you guys are divorced but you won't be settled at that.
Re: Marriage fraud
lol if it's not effecting you in any anyway than mind your own business.
Re: Marriage fraud
Unless he's involved in criminal activities and there's a solid proof then yes, you may have a case.
Re: Marriage fraud
Idhr hota tou 15 mins mein andr hota ;)
Marriage fraud
ILR can be taken away by the home office if the person is charged with certain criminal offences. It all depends on how long he has been in the Uk. The best thing to do is contact the home office and provide all details of the situation.give all immigration references and fraud marriage details, having the child is the difficult part to tackle as he has rights because if the child he
has, and if he is on the birth certificate then he has automatic parental rights in the uk.
