Marriage contract and conditions in it

What happens to a marriage contract, if any condition stated in it is not met by the husband. does the marriage contract becomes void?

What is a marriage contract to begin with? A paid sexual or housekeeping service? a fixed term cohabitation?

What is supposed to happen if that marriage contract becomes void (in your words)? Marriage is dissolved automatically?

As a general rule of thumb, a contract of any kind if not prepared and vetted by a lawyer can be left useless if contract clauses can be shown going against local/state laws.

Marriage contract as a prenup or Nikahnama? Or is it some western contract

depends what is written in the contract - usually there are breach clauses which tell you what will happen when each of the conditions is breached…

I don?t think it necessarily becomes void, but you can take them to court, cuz it?s on a legal document
