some people do not believe in love so they never marry! i believe that the people who do not believe in love have had something happen to where they can not or refuse to love again. but you can never fight true love! Do you know some one like this if so come to me and i will be more than willing to give them advice as to how they can turn their lives and their thoughts about love around!

i know that you dont need to be in love to get married but dont you think that it is only right that the couple is in love rather than not?. because if you are not in love then wouldnt you feel like it was more of a duty?.

Mad Scientist, You're right in saying that if you're a desi, you don't need love to get married. Sometimes you have no choice.
You think how many people get married for the sake of not growing old alone, who don't actually know or love their partners, but will go ahead with it because they don't want to be 'left on the shelf'. The biggest irony is that once you are married, the loneliness sets in big time, and here, I ask a question.......Why get married if you are going to end up feeling as lonely as hell anyway??? You are much better off with your sanity and independence.

i disagree, i’ve met so many desis who are not married cuz they haven’t found that “special someone” and they are old, but i guess “typical” desis don’t really need love to get married.

people why would you believe in love after marriage? i mean im in love right night but i am not married yet. im engaged to him. and there is such a thing as true love at first sight it was true love at first sight with my fiance and i!

i dont believe in love @ first sight...to me there is no such thing. first sight tells u what??? appearance of the person? falling in love with apparent beauty is not too wise...but again everyone has their own way of thinking. I prefer personality over looks.
