Nomi, yes and no, it highly depends on the mothers health, family genetics, environment… impossible? no! can you have normal kids absolutely!

Yes there is higher probability of problems with higher the age of woman at pregnancy. It is a known fact. Some women are avised not to get pregnant after age 35…or have genetic testing of the baby.
