Are you asking for a marketing plan for a financial and career planner (as in one of the planners people carry along with them - sort of a calendar/diary but focused to financial and career related stuff) or are you asking for something else?
if it is the earlier then you could apply any of several different marketing models. I would suggest reading Akers books as a start or just doing a search for marketing plan on google and see what the basic requirements tend to be then build up on that.
