I have a line mark on above my waist due to the bra line. Because of this the skin underneath the bra is lighter and that under the line is darker. The dual skin colour seems as if upper part is of some one else and the lower of some one else. Any tip from removing the line so as to look equal toned?

You need to stop the cause first. Are you wearing an under wired bra? If yes, it'll be a good idea to quit that.
