Does anyone have a tried and tested marinade recipe for salmon?

Marinade for Salmon? please dont marinade it.

Just rub little butter and sprinkle some salt, pepper and perhaps little herb (if you want). It will turn out perfect.

Salmon does not need marination.
I sometimes use the following recipe and I like it a lot.My husband does not as it is a lil on the sweet side but you can try it.

P.S…This sauce is good for shrimp and chicken too…:slight_smile:

I usually use Shan's Tandori chicken masla, just rub that and leave it for a couple of hrs in fridge..and bake in oven
