Marhaba Services - Dubai Airport

On http://www.marhabaservices.com there is some information about this City-Stop service where they give you a 96-hour visa, hotel stay and pick&drop from airport to Hotel for just US$ 50.

I just wanted to make sure that this really works, because there is no possibility of advance booking. It has to be booked on arrival in Dubai.

So please share experiences and knowledge.

Below is my experience at Dubai Airport when I enquired about Marhaba Services. After exiting the plane inside the Airport, I first found a Marhaba Service counter on the right side. I enquired with the lady at the counter and she directed me to keep go further along. I finally found a second marhaba counter just before the passport counter. I enquired about booking a hotel with them, but I was told that I could book it after exiting the passport counter. Finally after getting my passport checked and stamped I went out with my baggage and there were several counters on both sides toward the exit that offered different hotel and car rental services (Not sure if I saw Marhaba).
So I am not sure about the Marhaba Hotels mentioned on the website. I guess if you are travelling with Emirates check with them before you travel. I am sure they give you a transit visa as long as your stay in transit is not over 96 hours. But better confirm this with them rather then get a nasty surprise at the Airport.

Looks great!

Re: Marhaba Services - Dubai Airport

I know that Emirates provides transit visas. But this is exactly my problem: We are NOT travelling on Emirates.

I’ll fly from Vienna to Dubai on Austrian airlines and from Dubai to Lahore on Air Blue. I’ve asked both airlines and none of them arranges a transit visa for Dubai.

So I’ll have to stick with Marhaba, I suppose.

The worst that could happen is, you all may have to stay in the Airport Hotel for the 13 hours transit, in case they do not give you a transit visa. But I am sure they should.

Re: Marhaba Services - Dubai Airport

Umer, u will get a transit visa on spot if ur stay is over 8 hours and less than 96 hours. I dont think u need Marhaba's services to get a transit visa but for $50 including hotel is a cheap deal. I'd suggest go for Marhaba.

Why dont u send them an email, or ring them ?
