Its not about ego. Its about self respect. If you misbehave with someone and make them cry, they will think a thousand time before talking to you again, because they dont want to be humiliated again.

It can use for both.. Jaisy ek mard.. Do mard.. But in sentence.. U cant say 100 mard ne kaha.. It will be like 100 mard’on..
And how many men are there? Wahan kitny mard hain.. You cant say wahan kitny mard’on hain..
