Good question! Infact there are expected to be a lot of new things that could be on display and ppl are dying to see them grumble pass the stands. for instance many hope and wonder if a JF-17, the new Pak-China fighter plane would make a unique appearance in a flyby...it would be a great surpise for the nation. the Al-Khalid tank was inducted into service and no public display at such scale has taken place so far due to skipping the evnt for 2 yrs. that would be indeed a great attraction and is expected to show. then we have had quite a few successful missiles...more excitement and anticipation.
during these 2 yrs there's been a lot of development and a lot of new equipment has been acquired, the navy got its Agosta submarines, but obvioulsy they wont be there in Isl...
Then one interesting thing will be the new variations of the Army uniform being introduced; some new dresses for particular terrain and duties, quite intereting and attractive camouflages and accessories have been added.
thats as far as equipment is concerned.
Regarding displays, well we can only wonder if theres someone with some inside info , spill out :D
there ought to be the SSG skydivers display and the cultural displays which are usual. perhaps there should be some new activities to create more excitement and refreshement. lets see how innovative these guys have been past few years...
