From March 22nd to March 24th 1940, ALL India Muslim League had an annual convention in Manto Park (Currently Iqbal Park) Lahore [where Minaar-e-Pakistan is the memorial standing up there.]

On March 23rd, Pakistan Resolution was presented and was passed on March 24th. :)

hmmmmmm.. for some reason i thought it was hussain ..

khair.. whoever wondered.. if its mintu or mantu.. it SHOULD be mantu.. back in the days of urdu ruling, it wasnt written with zair/zabar.. thats why the confusion.. but the tribute name of iqbal park (mantu park) was with a zabar..
