Also called a manikin, dummy, lay figure or dress from used to display or fit clothing. Is it allowed/permissible to design/built/buy it or not?

No. I’m not going to start any business related to mannequin. Actually I was thinking buying of ‘haraam’ things is not permissible [forbidden], similar to that designing [making] of these mannequin is forbidden, so there should be no doubt of buying/selling/usage of it as ‘impermissible’.

That was the actual point.
