I really enjoyed the first episode, amazing OST and cast(minus Ayesha Khan- seriously am I the only one that does not like her? I find her look to be boring…they need to introduce new and fresh talent) Hamza is looking dashing as always:wub: I love the location of the drama too does anyone happen to know where it is located? I have high hopes for this drama, haven’t watched a good drama in aaaaages!!

I just watched the OST video...the whole story is explained in it. Kind of upsetting. But a beautiful song.

This is the first time I am watching Hamza Ali Abbasi act...and OMG he is so freaking amazing...the drama have all the ingrediants to be a blockbuster

Hum TV is so silly - they literally gave the whole story away. What were they thinking!?
I didn't like the second episode - their love story progressed too quickly. In the pre-cap bit where Manu runs off to meet Hamza in front of her Chachi and Mother was bit over the top. You feel more annoyed at her brashness and immaturity than feel any sympathy for her.
I'm really not looking foward to Aisha's part. We know what's gonna happen to Manu in her marriage, so the only saving grace of this drama is Hamza's character development and his 'acting', and of course his screen presence.

^Agreed. From episode 1 to 2, there's a huge leap to izhar-e-mohabbat. I wish Hamza's character would've showed some restraint given the "mature" personality of his character. His declaration of "mein mannu k liye kuch bhi kar sakta hoon" to his mother was over the top, especially since they just started talking to each other like 2 days back. The rooftop "please eat mannu" romantic scene was cringe worthy. What was cute though was her "sawaal" to him written in urdu asking if they could go hang out somewhere outside, it was nicely done.
Mannu's character is kind of all over the place, playing bubbly, rash, and being manipulative. Definitely not the "innocent" character she had lead on in episode 1. So she's basically a ghunni (punjabi).

^ You're so right. This is exactly how I viewed it. It didn't look very convincing that Hamza loves her. His admission of love and willingness to marry her seemed more like a result of feeling pressured and being afraid of her doing something silly to tarnish his reputation and making things difficult than him genuinely falling in love with her. They had such a good chemistry in the first episode, I don't know why they felt the need to rush it.
Mannu is more manipulative, self destructive and rash than innocent. She is more childish than childlike, if you know what I mean.
