I am down with cold that I have been fighting for over a week. Today I sound very throaty and I have locked myself inside my office and my co-workers have avoided having any contact with me all day. To top it off, it’s pretty nasty outside and I don’t know if I have the energy to walk out of my office building in this windy snowy storm. Love it.

oh i just saw ur post madhanee uncle, so u r ill too? with a cold? i have an upset tummy coz i was dieting for dayz and then i decided to have bhuni hoi CHALLI with nimbu mirch masala 
anyways, what kinda rude ppl r these who avoid u when u r sick? my friendz were taking good care me in the aafis today…ur workmatez shud be hanging around u to make u feel better! tsk goray

I had a meeting that was one hour's drive away, it took me THREE AND HALF HOURS, three and a bloody half hours to get there, all due to bad weather, several accidents, motorways closed down bladdibladiblaa.
Worst Monday in living memory.

I had some glasses needing repair, a tiny screw fell out, waited 15 minutes at the optometrist and they weren't finished fixing it so I left. On my way back there was an accident, looked like a fatality, so I had to sit there for another 15 minutes in traffic, man I was pissed, it cut into my lunch.

also, unless there is exchange of body fluids, u wont just get the disease…
i wouldn’t avoid my friend if she had a cold, or even typhoid/malaria/jaundice is all i know…neither did my family or friends avoid me when i had diseases…i had typhoid once too…
that was in amreeka and everyone was telling my roomie that she shudnt be with me but she stuck around… she was Muslim, Egyptian, American raised 
thats so inhuman to do that to avoid someone whose ill!!!

Irem go to sleep man, everyday you’re online at like 3am your time, you get like what 5 hours of sleep. How do you concentrate at the aafis?

procrastinating.. got an assignment due which is already a week late. huge snow storm outside .. so can't go anywhere. on top it, i think i am going more blind, bad headaches.

haha.. koi sharam ki baat nahi hei bibi..pakistan mein one hour nap is part of office protocol. tumhari ye stanford shanford ki efficiency ka koi faida nai.
