Apple has iron but mangoe has gold, or so I have heard.

If you research about the metals found in mangoe, that's what it leads to. Yes - GOLD - you can hang two mini mangoes on your ears instead of buying so much expensive jewellery. How's that?

apples have not only iron but are packed with fiber as well. It is also very good for your gums and teeth if eaten with the skin.

mangoes taste great but are high in sugars it may have other nutrients and vitamins as well…but it’s not the best fruit to pick in terms of low calories :bummer:
