I bought a can of mango pulp from the desi grocery store a few weeks back to use in a recipe…well i have alot left over now, any suggestions on what I can do with it before it goes bad (besides milkshake/lussi)
PS I don’t have a food process or blender so…anything easy really… Shukriya
mango custard ... can even turn that into mango custard pie (use pre-made pie crust)

I once made an emergency dessert out of it.. condensed milk, mixed fruit can, sour cream, jelly cut into cubes, and mango pulp... people really enjoyed it!!!
Maybe you can just eat it? Like you would a mango? Most of the recipes and suggestions above call for blending the pulp, and since you dont have a blender, might as well eat the slices!
i add pineapple slices ,bannan,apple and grapes
specially when kids in guests ,its great taste .they like it too much

you can make a really delicious cheesecake, i often make it with mango pulp.
just mix it with whipped cream, cream cheese and sugar, pour over a crushed biscuit base, chill in the fridge.... delicious!
