i tried. didn't make it myself so don't know the exact recipe but the host said she just added mango pulp to the kheer mixture.

I don't know either. But a word of advice. Please use only ripe mangoes. My saali didn't, and it was horrible.

Only make it if you have experience in making basic kheer
The kheer has to cool down before you add in mango pulp or it will curdle/get ruined
