I have a question ... Last week I bought vanilla icecream pack ... forgot to put it in the freezer and it melted .. khair , I put it in the freezer .. now its become all icy rather then creamy texture that icecream usually has ....
how can we obtain that creamy texture that doesnt go away on freezing it once again? I wanted to pop some creamy icecream in the piping bag and use it to decorate one of my desserts ... but am scared to do it now , coz if i put it back in the freezer it might turn icy :( ...
Any tips?
