I have made the most easiest mango ice cream and it was just delicious!

Ingredients:
mango puree - 1 cup
Whipped cream - 1 cup
sugar - as required (4-6 tbsp should be enogh)
4 Egg yolks (or if want lighter, then use egg whites)
Lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp
Vanillah essence - 1 tsp

Recipe:
Beat egg yolks well until creamy. Slowly add sugar and beat. Add lemon juice and vanilla essence, mix. In a separate bowl whip the cream until peaks are formed. Fold in mango puree and mix with light hands. Add this in egg-sugar mixture. Mix well with light hands. Place in an air tight box and freeze. When half way frozen, take out, beat and place again in the freezer. Enjoy when done

This is a very basic mango ice cream. Variations of course can be done light adding mango pieces, coconut powder, nuts etc etc. I used fresh mango puree and a little coconut powder (around 1 tsp)
