What sorts of gifts would you give for an engagement party? What sets them apart from wedding gifts?

Yes...i usually give Money or a nice Party wear dress...

I think engagement gifts are usually perfumes/ colognes, clothes, jewelry. They are not just limited to the bridge and groom. The bride's often presents gifts to the grooms, siblings/parents and vice versa.

I'll probably end up giving money, but I was trying to think of a gift card that would be useful during wedding preps? Any suggestions?

Hmmmm. Maybe a store that you know the bride or groom like, or how about a gift card for a nice resteraunt?

i have to attend a friends engagement next month an i was thinkin ov givin a flower bouquet an perfumes or a make up set

it think, flower bouquet ist really, paise zaaya karna...

i don`t like receiving flowers. better are gift cars...

One of my friend's got me a rose on my enagement. I have kept it on my dresser inside the card she gave me.
