manakish+ akkawi cheese

hello,

i really like cheese manakish , its a lebanese food .. i wanted to make manakish can you guys share the receipe , 2nd Q where can i find akkawi / nabulsi cheese in uae in order to make cheese manakish ?

Carrefour, Hyper Panda...cheese section. You get all kinds..low-fat, low-sodium.
